ClipHist does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. Everything you save in the app stays on your device.
None. ClipHist has no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics.
Specifically, the app does not collect:
The clips you save are written to a file inside the app's own private storage area on your device. This storage is sandboxed by iOS, meaning other apps cannot read it.
Your clips are included in your device backups (iCloud or local) if you have backups enabled. Those backups are governed by Apple's privacy policy, not this one.
ClipHist writes to your clipboard when you tap a clip to copy it, and reads from your clipboard only when you explicitly tap the "Paste from Clipboard" button. The app does not monitor or read your clipboard in the background.
ClipHist does not connect to the internet. No data leaves your device.
ClipHist contains no third-party SDKs, advertising networks, trackers, or analytics services. No data is shared with anyone, because none is collected.
ClipHist does not collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
You can delete individual clips within the app at any time. Deleting the app from your device removes all of its stored data.
